Thats your alternator and solenoid valve fuse. Does it pop when the key is forward or
when you just put the fuse in? check the wires going to your alternator make sure they aint grounding out.

when i turn the key to the on postion it just keeps blowing out. also do this fuse control the main relay?

let some one who is more familiar with honda ignition switches then me confirm that this may be the issue, and as far as a larger fuse , dont put in one thats larger then factory.

Do you have a kill switch? My switch was contacting some metal, so I just wrapped it up with electrical tape and that solved my fuse blowing foolishness.

That's definitely it.
the fuel pump is on the same circuit. Find out where you fucked up the wiring and fix it.
