An EF2 is a sedan, so you really didn't answer his question.
To the OP, yes they will fit just fine.

they fit, but hatch mudguards are a little shorter in length so i looks kinda goofy. i had some on mine and didn't realize till i found some sedan ones at the junkyard

Re: ef mudflaps (ThatOneOG)
yeah they fit and line up right, see 88-89 sedans fit perfect for 88-89 civic hatch, for the rear mud flaps i mean, i've already had the original stock 2 fronts on mine, so i went to the junk and found a set on a 88 sedan which i put on and lined up on the holes perfect, the bottom hole you would have to find your own bolts to attach, there are 3 holes all together, i'm not sure about the front cause i didn't need to do em, so make sure if you go to the junk and pull some mudflaps out, find the model close to yours and see if they work, thats what i did, there was a bunch of ef models at the local junkyard where i'm at, so i made sure if it fitted my hatch, so 88-89 sedan works for 88-89 hatch and 90-91 sedan for the 90-91 hatchs because of the trims are different
