My entire HF piping was that way so I fabricated a straight pipe using My old DX piping, a cutting tourch (for cutting and welding), and some cheap piping from pepboys

Re: Do It Yourself - Exhaust Mod / Repair (azroth)
First condoms over shocks, now soda cans to patch up a muffler. LOL! I can never get enough of this. Very creative stuff.

Just to clear up, the tampon looking thing is an electronics project "bread board". Guess thats what I get for using a $12 digital camera.

dude for 20 or less you can get a thrush performance muffler thats quiet, i have them on three of my hondas. you can get them from 2-2 1/2 inch sizes. slap one of them on. saving for swap is fine, but you gotta have an exhaust, and whats cheaper, a 20 dollar muffler or a big ticket? just an idea.

Re: Do It Yourself - Exhaust Mod / Repair (Ham'ed Hatch)
Ive got a custom "muffler bracket" made out of a Curve Cologne case. LONG STORY behind that one.

Here's the story: I just got my ZC swap running very well, I had never registered my car since I bought it and decided today was the time to do so. After I got my CRX all legal down at the DMV I realized that I would soon be pulled over for noise, I have DC 4-1 header going to a very high flow cat then to what's left of my OEM cat back system.
