d16z6 vtec head on a jdm d15b ?
hey guys just wanna know if i could switch a d16z6 vtec head on my 93 jdm d15b motor and if itll will work and will ther e be ne gains.

I heard the heads were exactly the same. I'm not sure about the cam, but if they were different, then you wouldn't gain a lot.

they are the same, the d16z6 head even says p08 on it. and yes the cam is more aggressive but not much more. some people would compare it to a stage 1 zex cam, but i find it hard to believe anyone who has no dyno proof to back it up

correct. you can put it on but the heads are identical. the blocks are really the difference in the two motors.

well i just heard that u can do that switchover, but i think im gonna have to buy the obd1 harness and dizzy and p28 ecu for my car, cause rite now i have all obd0 elctronics in my ef
