its not mine. i was offered it as a trade but i wanna make sure it is what it is.. its sup to be a d16z6 head .. and i know you sup. tell what it is by the casting marks.. but i dont much about the casting marks IE: what yrs-to marks

P08 that you can see between 3 and 4, that would be for a d16z6


Also the vtec selenoid helps me to confirm it

its from a d16z6 92-95 see on the head where is says po9, they will either say po9 or p28 stamped on them.

D16Z6 for sure. 92-94 Is the year as well.(valve cover at least)

actually, i believe that green plug is the oil pressure sensor for vtec.
the vtec solenoid will have a gray plug attatched to it and i can't really make
it out in the picture.

no 92-93 are the ones that dont say vtec on the valve cover 94-95 have vtec on valve cover.

What are the SOHC Accord motors (my friend had a 98 ex with one) that have a Valve cover almost identical to the d15 vtecs?
