Default Clutch problem....Please help..

Today i was driving my 88 hf and the clutch seem to got stuck...
The clutch pedal was all the way to the top but it seem that the
clutch was still engaged. I was pressing on the gas and the rpms will
rise up and the car would barely move.
My cousin said that it could be too soft or something... that to tighten it
(didnt really understand what he was talking about)
Any suggestions??Please reply

your clucth might be going out. try adjusting the clutch were the cable connects to the tranny see if it catches better.

Sounds like the clutch is going out. My dad called me up the other day and was saying he had the same problems on his g20. He took it to his mechanic and it was the clutch going out. So you can try adjusting the clutch but my guess is the clutch is toast.

LOL...after your clutch seems to go back to working order, you proceed to do a burnout.

...classic.

does it rev up when you press on the gas while moving? if it does, your clutch might be worn already.
