Default brake problem (seized?)

my brakes we making noise on the way home from school today so i pulled off the front wheel and the pad was putting pressure on the rotor, and so i decided to try to bleed the lines, so i pumped up the brakes then loosened the bleeder screw, and nothing came out. not even a drop

my brakes have always been kinda soft and my rear shoes have lately been squeeling under braking after the car gets warm, but the squeel could just be from bad quality shoes.

but when i was driving home with that noise i pushed the brake a few times and it would slow the car down and the petal didn't feel any different but the rubbing sound never stopped.
