10+ is too risky, I'd be so nervous driving it.

ben needs to see this post, you could run a good 9 with 440cc injectors and runnin that sucka rich or vafc hack. Bens got a bone stock b16a2 pushing 10 lbs with nothing more than 440cc injectors and vafc hack and hes lookin to push even more.

With a T3 I'd say about 6psi. I've heard D series rods are only good till about 200whp and you should make 200whp with 6psi on most T3's.

I would not hesitate to boost 10psi on that motor. I'm using the vafc mod/hack, and the only reason i'm not boosting more than ten myself is the limitations of the stock map.
Like mario said, basically stock B16a. I'm getting a standalone ( http://www.perfectpower.com ) in the next few months and i play on boosting over 1bar on it.
My friend has a D15 mini me, and hes boosting between 12-15psi on it daily and he beats the **** out of it. Thats right, a 1.5l motor. supposedly the weakest d-series of them all. He's had in in for a few months so far.

All the advise i can give you, is just be sure that your free of detonation. It doesnt matter if your running 5psi, if your detonating it will blow. The best thing to do is have someone who is more familiar with detonation to help you with your setup, so you can feel confident when you raise the boost. The strength of stock honda motors is seriously underated. Its not the motor thats the weakest link, its the tuning.
