Vtec actually needs to be bumped up to 56-5800~ rpms. You will have about 15~20 more useable horsepower in the 5-6000k range. That huge Dip in your graph is just your vtec turning on to early. I've tuned several B-series and bumping it up usually smooths it out just fine.

thx for the advice. Sadly enough though my tranny is causing me problems and needs to be fixed. It'll probably be a couple weeks before I can drive her again.

It's $75 for baseline but since I wanted a/f too it was like $130 or something. If I were you I'd check out that new shop opening up this weekend. They're charging 25 for a baseline and 75 for tuning I think. Theres another thread about it when I find it I'll post it for you.
Edit: heres the thread for you oh_crx. https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=915951

Re: B16a Baseline Dyno Results (michaelOlson)
I would have expected a bit more, perhaps 5 whp or so given the cr, but not too far off. No telling if the pnp helped or not....
For comparison's sake here is my first gen b16 baseline. For the run it had a GSR tb, DC "JDM" 4 to 1, 2.5" crush bent exhaust to a 2.25 muffler, and a generic program that had vtec switching @ 4700 or so (too early) other than that it was just as it came out of the donor car in japan.... right down to the oil/filter and plugs
Never mind, don't know how to post pics..... it made 145.85 @ 7600 and 105.14 @5700 SAE on a dynojet 224
I have since added a cheapy short ram ( it was running the stock crx intake with arm out of box) , ITR cams, cam gears and an SFC Vtec. I will be putting it back on the dyno as soon as I am at the shop and not tuning someone else's car.

Excellent #'s.. A Nice set of CTR Cams should make an excellent addition to your set up. Take advantage of that bump in compression. Good Luck!

Re: (CA6VTEC)
Thankyou guys for your input. After I pass smog at the ref I plan on adding either ctr cams or some hugeass cams and hopefully getting 200whp. Oh yea and I have followed omniman's 200whp project. It's going to be a long ways away though it seems because my tranny just took a **** on me.
