yup, I just got done installing a set on my CRX DX. The rear drums are actually easier to do.
-remove rear tires
-release parking brake
-remove axle nut cover
-remove 32mm axle nut
-remove drum (might have to use two bolts if it wont budge)
-remove axle key under axle nut (large washer with a tab on the inside)
-remove hub (pull it off, or use a hub puller)
-press old studs out, press new studs in (if you need tips on how to do this let me know)
-install everything reverse of removal
If you are in there you might wanna repace the brake shoes. Each shoe is $15 from Honda so for a total of 4 it's $60 plus tax. I got mine for $36 out the door at Carquest. Also if the wheel bearings are bad you will have to buy a new one. The wheel bearings are built into the hub. So a new hub/bearing will cost $80-$100 each., but I just reused my old ones.
