Default 89 Honda Civic SI

My honda starts up but will not stay running. I dont know whats wrong. Its been
sitting for 4 years and i think the fuel line might have rust in it. Im kind of new to workin on my own car, plz help.

Lol, did u put fuel additive in there and fresh fuel... Maybe new plugs and wires, air filter, oil change, belt, ect... A full tune up! Get the battery and alternator checked. An alternator sitting for 4yrs can cause it to go bad, same for battery...

does it die right after u let go of key? like if u go an start it an let go of the key does it die.

well I'm goin threw the same problem.
my car cranks and doesn't turn on. I thought it was the fuel rail or injectors or fuel filter lucky not the pump so I changed all 3.
but its my distributor sadly the si dizzy only was made 3 years (89-90-91) and the dpfi doesn't work. so as said before go for a full tune.
including oil gaskets!

Civic si 89-91

Same Dizzy

Could be bad fuel, ignition relay, dizzy, or the ignition itself
