I just got a Dx shell with 4 disc brakes. i wanna swap them onto my Si but im not sure what goes beyond just swapping them over such as break lines, e brake cables, etc. All i want to know do i need to run some custom brake lines and can i use my stock e brake cables?

rule of thumb if you have everything take everything.
No you don't need to run custom anything, but like anything with brakes your gonna have to bleed them afterward.

so theres nothing i have to switch out besides the drums brakes with the disc brakes? i am aware i need to bleed the system and all that.

everything swaps over just make to bleed and then get a alignment when u are done

since when did dx models have rear disc brakes? im missing somethin here...unless someone already swapped the **** over
