1990 Honda Civic SI Non-Vtec SOHC Worth doing anything to?
Hey I just recently bought a 1990 honda civic d16 sohc non-vtec can anyone tell me if its worth working or should I swap or? any information would be great thanks.

Well I did Intake, Header, Exhaust, and a Cam and got down to 15.5 @ 89. Then I put on a homemade turbo kit and ran 13.9 @ 105. The D16A6 is a good platform to start a boost project from and surprise the DOHCs when you go blazing by them!

Thanks, did you have to alter anything for the homemade turbo kit? a friend of mine has a gsr motor in his integra and put a turbo on it and had to alter alot of things, fan radiator whole bunch of stuff what kinda of turbo unit and what am I looking at price wise?

i depends on your "homemade" kit. some people tweak some things and others don't have a worry. make sure all your measurments are correct, and double check everything for fitment after you have all the parts and you should have your answer.
