1.5 5speed conversion to 1.6 what do i need?
I just started this project and have only a little know how about cars but trucks are my thing, there isnt a whole lot diffrent except the drive train and minnor things.
i have a 1.6 but what tranny do i need to bolt up? *5 speed tranny*
i asume the ecu is garbage so what ecu do i need?
basicaly if there is anyting that will be diffrent between 1.5 and 1.6 that isnt obvious what is it?

it will bolt to the tranny you have. alot of d series parts are interchangeable there not much of a difference between the two motors except for the power gains. what motor are we talking about here?

The 91 CRX Si has a d16a6, not a b16.
D15B6, means you have a crx hf, nice choice. You already have MPFI, so you do NOT have to convert to MPFI.
As far as 1.6 swaps: If you are going to use the engine from a CRX si (D16A6), you can use the transmission in your car now, or I would suggest getting the transmission that comes with the A6 because the A6 transmission is shortered geared meaning better acceleration. Use your stock mounts (if they are worn out, buy new ones). You will need a PM6 ecu. Use the A6 intake manifold/exhaust manifold. You can use your Hf distributor on the A6, or the A6 one. I would suggest getting a new timing belt, water pump, tensioner, spark plugs and plug wires on the new A6. I could go on, but search on the A6 swap.
The B16a1 swap. You can also search on these swaps into an Hf.
