Re: **the official ef suspension thread**
Suspension:
- Progress CSII 10 kg/mm front and 10kg/mm rear
- Si front and rear sway bars (stock)
- OEM brand new upper control arms and outer tie rods
Alignment:
Camber - F -3.2 R -1.8
Toe F +1 (something off with geometry after installing the DA knuckles. Maxed out Tie rod threads. Need to cut thread to correct toe). R +0.2
Brake:
- DA brake booster and MC
- DA integra front knuckle assembly w/ disk
- 4040 prop valve
- DA rear trailing arms w/ disk (not installed yet because of broken bolt head in trailing arm)
Comments:
Measurements from center of wheel to bottom of fender are around 11.5" front and rear. Progress recommends a ride height of 11.5" to 12.5" so i am in spec. I am impressed with the overall quality of the progress coilovers. The 10k front and rear give the car a more oversteering nature. The stiff rear rate makes bumps very rough and highway ride choppy. Overall i would recommend them to anyone. Im tracking the car next year and this was a great start up suspension set up with customizable rates.
Front Suspension assembled. Progress coilovers reuse the OEM top hat and OEM forks. The kit comes with upgraded poly bushings for the top hat.
The tire is about flush with the fender. Excuse the horrible body work. Planning on doing the exterior this spring. This year was engine swap, suspension, and brake year.
Parked out on the street.

Re: **the official ef suspension thread**
I actually find that my 500# rear springs aren't all that bad compared to other parts of my car. I'm not sure what 'highway speeds' are, but I regularly do 55-60 mph without any real decrease in comfort.
I had originally rated the 500# rear springs as harsher than they are because I was driving mainly through neighborhoods.

Re: **the official ef suspension thread**
The harshness is all relative based on what roads you are driving on. My car is also gutted, so there is literally no weight over the 10k rear rate. The roads here in Calgary are terrible because of our winters. Lots of filled cracks, huge bumps, and most bridges are deformed. So this is my experience. On brand new roads my car rides quite nicely. but overall I am experiencing a very choppy ride. Because race car.

Re: **the official ef suspension thread**
Might as well use the official thread.. Anything new in the market for EF? I'm looking for a softer street setup. I'm slammed on Skunk2 coilovers from the previous owner, and they ride terribly. I want to keep close to stock height. Most searches bring back people looking for race coilovers or stiff sport. Even when 'street' is listed, it's vague. Looking for some insight.
