Civic I'm parting came with fog lights from the factory. Would it be worth it to sell them as a set with the factory cut bumper?

3400 dollars. All electric works. He's driving himself 2 hours to meet me in Cincinnati, along with me driving 5 hours. Motor was professionally rebuild at 175k. 206k miles now. Clutch was replaced when motor was rebuilt. Interior is good. No sun spots on paint. No leaks. Doesn't smoke.
Would it be worth assuring him i'd buy it if he'd hold it until the next weekend? He said he has a guy coming in 2 days to come look at it, so I could offer more than the other guy. Or, should I just pass it up? My problem is that I can't get there until next weekend.
Thanks.

Looking to sell my 89 civic hatch shell or possibly scrap and sell just the parts. The car has been sitting for a few years in it's current condition and it's time for it to go. I think it could be a good base for a project but maybe I'm way off. Appreciate some input.
Would appreciate suggestions on a selling price. Here is the description and mods that come with it.
89 hatch dx - clean title
has only drivers seat, interior is gutted except for some door panels
body has one rust spot under pass door that needs work. The car is currently multiple colors(black, red, and gray primer)
rear quarters were fixed already as well as spot under driver door by the rear wheel. New metal was welded in in all those spots.
There is still rust under/behind the passenger door.
the windshield has cracks
converted to MPFI 4 injectors
pm6 computer(chipped with pm7 program), will sell with obd1 conversion harness
TECH,WATER, OIL PRESS, EGT gauges installed
MSD 6a
A6 si single cam dx trans mission with si final drive
ACT extreme pressure plate, ACT heavy duty pressure plate, ACT organic disk
car handled very well when driving
suspension
tockico adjustable shocks
eibach sportline springs
front back upper strut bars
lower rear tie bar
front/back sway bars (suspension techniques) (rear adjustable)
prothane bushings in control arms and a few other joints.
brembo slotted rotors up front, rebuilt calipers
custom exhaust that exits on side behind pass door 2"

Are you selling this?
I've got a set of the OEM CDM 4G Honda Civic Hatchback / 2G CRX Optional Power Windows kits. Full set including all wiring and window actuators. Ideas on price? Includes everything pictured: Switches, handles, window crank delete plugs, door wiring, complete under-dash power window wiring, window actuators.

What's a OBDO B16(Pr3-3) head rebuilt with 0 miles on it worth? Might be selling.

You'd have to find someone who needs a head, LS/VTEC probably. I'm not sure on the rebuilt head though. I've seen em go for a few hundred dollars, not sure on the condition though.

Should I get this?
Sorry but I'm very new to cars and am interested getting to cars. My brother in-law is wiling to sell his civic ef to me for $1.5k. He told me that I will need to get a fuel pump for it though.
And if possible, can anybody label the parts under the hood for me so I can research what functions of each part are? Will appreciate it very much.
Here's pic of it:

Re: Should I get this?
Go for it bud. It looks like it has a B series engine, which is DOHC with VTEC. Good engines. It has a cold air intake, PCV breather filter (that little filter on the valve cover, but it doesn't add any performance), and it looks like it has some kind of exhaust mod (tailpipe), but other than that I don't see anything non-stock. For 1.5k, that seems like a good buy, fuel pumps are a couple hundred bucks. Just check the mileage, and service records, that's more important. Timing belt/water pump, clutch, transmission issues, ball joints, and brakes are the main things you need to check. If any of these need to be replaced then you need to get the price down a little for it to be worth it. but if all this stuff checks out, then it would be worth it. Obviously i can't speak with 100 percent certainty because it takes a test drive and a thorough inspection to determine if it's a good buy, but on the surface it seems like a steal.
