Default Stumbling acceleration after warm up

I have a 2000 CRV 260k miles. Recently it developed an acceleration problem after it warms up. Runs great cold, no miss, 1500rpm,smooth idle, fast accel. Normal. As soon as it warms up it drops to 300 400 rpm. Stumbles through acceleration and lacks power big time. Checked for vacum leaks, changed fuel filter, fuel pump, checked plugs, (new distributer, plugs, wire 3k ago. With advice and instruction from this sight I cleaned the IACV and the FITV and adjusted the idle to specs. Results were even smoother when cold, same problem when warm. Last error code read P0132 Primary heated O2 sensor circut highvoltage (Sensor 1). Changed O2 sensors about 15k ago. Should I change both again? Not cheap as you know. First time posting on one of these hope doing it right. Thanks

Default Re: Stumbling acceleration after warm up

I had a 98 that did the same thing. Sold it to a mechanic, he seems to think it a bad ecu.
