Default Replacing radiator core support on 97 CRV

Hey guys, I recently bought a 97 CRV with a small amount of damage to the radiator core support and was wanting to swap it out with one from eBay. My questions are what all needs to be removed for me to install the new one, does the old one just bolt of or do I need to take a saw to it, and when installing the new one can I just bolt it on or does it need to be welded? Would JB weld work fine?

Here's a link to the core support I'm talking about http://www.ebay.com/itm/New-Radiator...-/250919965512

You need a spot weld bit, a welder, and a lot of time to remove the front end and re-align it after the new core is put on.
