Has anyone ever removed these bolts to get to the other side where the nuts are spot welded on? Seems the bolts circled in red are connected to the frame. I don't want to mess with it if it's going to cause any sort of problem.

WOOT!! Thanks v8killaz!! Exactly what I wanted to hear! Makes life soooo much easier if I can just KTFOutta those tap welded nuts and put new ones in place of them.
