Vehicle cranks but no start. Vehicle started the day before. All fuses and ground had been checked and good at ecu and engine. Has anyone had this issue? Thank you

The green blinking light is related to the Immobilizer. If the Immobilizer light is blinking, then it may be due to a weak battery or the Immobilizer System is not recognizing the key transponder. Check the car battery first.

Re: 2005 Honda Element no start
In your first post, the way it was worded, the part regarding the battery light is not clear. Is the battery light on?
If so, the battery symbol is related to the charging system. Even with a new car battery, if the alternator is not charging properly then the battery may not hold enough power to start the car.

If you have a voltmeter, measure the voltage on the car battery.
It is possible the ECM/PCM (located behind the glove box) may be bad. Sometimes capacitors get blown or leak, etc. inside the ECM/PCM.
