Default need imediate help!!!!! please

ok so put a y8 IM on my y7 head as well as converted to obd1 at the same time. not 100% if the tps and the map sensors are on the right ones might need to switch but im afraid (cause im not knowledgable. there is no intake on right now so the sensor on the intake is not hooked up either. i also extended the injector wiring with some nearly the same size(stock is 18 i put 16 wiring size i think that could be the problem) wiring and its copper. the biggest thing that im not sure right now is all the plugs are in except for one when u are looking down at the y8 IM its the top right one when looking down at the y8 IM when i start the car the rpm's shoot up and keep on rising and i shut the car off once it hits 4000rpm's any suggestions of help would be extreamely appreciated.

sounds like a vaccuum leak.
check and make sure everything is torqued down to spec and properly sealed.

First off, I don't see the reason you extended the injector wiring. That's not necessary. I did this swap with no injector issues at all.

The reason the engine speed rises when you start it is due to a vacuum leak. Check all your vacuum hoses, make sure all the ports are covered on the Y8 IM.

When you say all the plugs are in except one, what do you mean? What plugs? The last part of your first post doesn't make a whole lot of sense. You say it's the top right one... do you mean the big nipple coming off the back of the IM? That's for the brake booster.

its in the shop right now but the hose was from a 1/4 hose in the top, front, right part of the plenum. looking down directly infront of the car.
