Power steering/AC/alternator belt tension?

Power steering/AC/alternator belt tension?
I'm changing out the belts because they're crusty and old. What tension should I have each of these belts set to? What's too tight? What's too loose?
Vehicle information:
1997 Honda Civic LX Sedan D16Y7
100% stock. No modifications
No Check-Engine lights
Automatic transmission
