i did the same thing with my y7 but w/ a y8 IM as well
my idles was like ****. went back to the shop and they changed the fuel pump pipe and also there's a connector onto the Y8 IM and now the problem fixed, may want to look into that.

i believe there was something about this on here:
https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1171263
but the pictures arent loading for me...so i cant find it...but im pretty sure you have to deal with the ecu too, not just swap the iac plugs...did you do that?..if not you might need to look for that reference picture

Re: y7/y8 mini code 14 after putting p28 ecu in? why! (alacard)
check ur wiring i jus had the same thing, and it was my iacv plugged into the intake air temp plug.. but basically it sounds like ur iacv isnt plugged in
my car would throw the code when fully warmed up, and it would idle fine like nothing is wrong (becuase the iacvs are not default set to close all the way, so it idles fine) but once you open the throttle a little when the iacv is supposed to close and it doesnt so it acts like a vacuum leak, and when u open the throttle more the leak created by the open iacv will be to minuscule to affect ur car too much so the jumpyness will go away. and its jerky becuase the engine tries to compensate with the iacv but there the iacv is not reponding so its super jumpy.
basically your iacv is broken, wired wrong, or is plugged in wrong. well at least that what it sounds like :/ could be somehting else but that is what was wrong wiht mine and it seems to make a lot of sense to me
