Default Y7 Block swap Helppp!!!

I put a y7 block in my d16y8 civic. I have everything plugged up. I checked the alter to and fuel pump and that good stuff. When I try to turn on its not even wanting to turn over. No crank or anything. What could be my problem???

Everything is still the same on my d16y8 the only thing i swapped was the block from a y8 to a y7. BC I found the y7 cheap. I checked all my grounds.
