okay my friend bought a chip from a user here for his b16 pw0 computer.. he brought the chip over to my house and i desoldered all the connections for the old chip.. removed it.. put the new on in.. the right way.. and we go to try it out theres a cel and its a solid cel and car is in whatever mode i guess its limp mode whatever but it wont rev past 3 gz..

anybody know why it would do that.... im hoping the chip didnt kill the ecu .. i have chipped around 20 ecus... and this is the 4th one i have had do this from getting a chip online from someone... did it fry the ecu?
