the fact that you have a loan means that you are carrying full coverge on the car. Take it down a back industrial alley and put a brick on the gas pedal and smack it into a curb or wall. Make sure its driveable and bring it out onto the road and call the police. Tell them that the car just started jerking to the right and you could'nt control it. File a civil suit against them.
