would TEIN pillow mounts adjust camber for a 97 civic ex?
I am considering grabbing the tein basics and pillow mounts over omni full coilovers and omni camber kit if the pillow mounts would allow me to adjust for camber? I searched but couldnt find much. Would there any other problems such as toe with the pillow mounts?

cannot adjust camber with the top hats.
it is only adjusted by the control arms
toe will go out with camber, and camber will go out with lowering....so, yes, toe will be out

Your car is a wishbone style strut. The only way it can adjust is if the strut was Mcpherson type like the RSX and the later generation Civics
