Default wiring obd1 ls into 99 civic

ok ive searched pretty hard for the past couple of days and still cant find exactly the info im lookin for. im helping a buddy swap an obd1 ls into his 99 civic ex. we have the motor in and almost put back together except for the shift linkage and the wiring. he hasnt dealt alot with swaps so i am left to figure out the wiring issues. the engine has obd2 injectors and i believe an obd2 dizzy bc the harness plugs into it just fine. but on the harness there is only 1 dizzy plug and the dizzy on the engine has 2 plugs. what needs to be done with that other plug? and also if someone could point me to a link that tells exactly what wires/plugs need to be changed/extended that would help greatly. i found a thread somewhere that had all that info but i cant find it now. thanks guys for the help!

cliff notes: 1 dizzy plug on harness/2 dizzy plugs on the dizzy itself. wtf to do with it?

need to know which wires exactly need to be extened/changed

COPIED / PASTED FROM MY POST THE OTHER DAY

here ya go man

http://www.talkjdm.com/showthread.php?t=1249
b20 will swap same as b18

I couldn't even bare to read your description, it hurt my head,

if your converting a auto car into a manual
you will need:

5spd ecu
5spd trans w/ clutch,pressure plate.
linkage
5spd int shaft/ axles
clutch pedal
slave cylinder
5spd cluster
leather shift boot
shifter/****

Also, as far as obd goes
just use the harness that is already in the vehicle your swapping stuff into.
-only snag in that is if your adding vtec, in which you could just wire by itself.
all parts are the same, just different plugs.
if you have a obd1 car

put in a obd1 alternator, dizzy, intake manifold- (injectors)

or learn how to wire it accordingly in to adapt to a different obd.

if you have a obd2 car
put in obd2 alt, dizzy, injectors...

example:

Say you have a 95 civic. it's obd1..

you come across a 98 integra longblock. obd2

go find a 92-95 (obd1) integra injectors, dizzy, and alternator to use for the motor.
that way they all plug into your original civic harness.

starters all plug in the same, no matter the obd.

oh, and find a transmission,
if your car is 92 and newer, it's hydrolic. buy a hydrolic transmission....

*so if your other stuff plugs in fine (must be 0bd2)
then you have to get the obd2 dizzy to complete the 3 things... correct?
