Lowered cars suck in the snow- but my 91 rex is light too- which makes snow driving that much worse. Lowered 1.25- 1.5" makes those big icy chunks in the road hit your ride hard- made the car more of a snow plow- you better have good tires for the snow if you lower it.

Damn, I feel bad for you guys. Snow is cool for sking for like a week then it gets annoying. Move down here to Florida, it's not so bad, plus there is no snow. Anyways jk have a good winter.

Well i live in southern Oregon and i have my civic droped 2.5" and it sucks because you see one of those big ice chunks and you cant dodge it so you hit it and messes up the front bumper,so if i was you i would wait to lower the car till after winter and then get another car to drive during winter, that is what i did.

Camber does help alot with tractions, but it is hard to avoid those ice chunks on the road like you guys are saying. Mine is lowered 2 1/2 inches and I take my car skiing all the time and I also have good tires and cambers. I'll probably raise it up a little soon.

Yea i do have a kit on there and still it slides a little bit,but the biggest part i hate is the ice chunks because they will F*** up your car pretty bad,i broke my exhaust hitting one last year in my car.

Slam the bitch, put some G-Fects on there, let me know whenever you leave your house, so you can plow the snow for me. .. .hehe. jp. Just save up your money until after winter, then hook up your car. Driving in the snow in a lowered car really sucks, you can get stuck anywhere. I got stuck several times last year.. it wasn't a pretty sight. If you want to do something to it now, get a sound system, or better yet SNOW TIRES.
