Windshield Wipers
Hey, i have a 98 ex and whenever the wipers are set on int they stop at random points and usually do not make it all the way. Sometimes eventually they will stop at the bottom and up position, but then go back to stopping at random points. Does anyone know why they would do this? Relay? Switch? Thanks a lot.

you mean when you turn the wipers off?
if you do just turn them off when they are more vertical than horizontal, not close to the hood
