2003 Accord EX - hazards blink once, blinkers blink erratically
Hi, my turn signals blink once each time I turn on a signal, then buzz and hiss and blink sporadically (but hardly at all).
(I've resorted to manually flipping a blinker on-off-on-off, because if I leave it in the "on" position, either left or right, it may blink or it may not.)
Also, the hazard switch causes a single blink of both blinkers, but they do not continue to blink (inside or outside).
Does this suggest a blinker relay, blinker switch, or possibly hazards switch, or something else? I've heard it could be dust in the blinker switch, but it also affects the hazards and I wanted to check with you guys....
Thanks for the help.

Late reply here, but wanted to confirm that the relay (inside the under-dash fuse box) was the culprit and was easily replaced once I learned how to remove the under-dash panel. Thanks!
