Default Windshield Wiper plug after attempted car theft

hey need some help ID'ing what exactly this is that I need to replace. Someone tried to steal my car a couple of months ago and jammed a screwdriver into the steering column cover and cracked it in half also breaking my windshield wiper plug. the only thing that works now is the washer fluid but the wipers don't work, which i REALLY need now that is raining.

here are some pictures of the damage, can anyone ID the piece or know how I go about replacing it? It seems kind of like a plug but i'm not 100% sure

if i were you i would just buy a new steering column since your ignition looks to be broken as well, or if you just need the wiper switch... ebay has everything

Someone should tell that would-be thief that you can't start a car with the windshield wiper stalk.

Anyway, it looks like you need a replacement. Any decent auto wrecker will have that piece, or else eBay. Looks like you have some other damage so I would make a list of what you need to replace and head out to your local yard.
