Default Need Help on Mistery Plug

Ok know im stuck on this one plug. I have no clue where this plug goes, i used the same 96 radio harness when i did the 2000 Dash conversion. Can someone tell me where this plug belongs. 2 of the green plugs are already connected to the heater core just letting you know Because it looks like them but its not. I would appreciate the help. Oh yes my car feels like its not going to turn on and its because of this plug.

This plug not being connected doesn't allow the car to start up fast like it did before. It feels as if it was about to die out. Electrically.
