Windshield washer pump?

Default Windshield washer pump?

I am wondering if my windshield washer pump is broken. when i pull the lever i don't hear anything and no fluid comes out. Does anyone know where it is located on a eg sedan? and any sites I could buy a new/used one from?

also its been below freezing here for about a week could it be frozen?

It would have to be pretty cold for that to be frozen unless you had very little liquid.
If you dont hear anyhting chances are yea the pumps broken.

I'd guess the pump is located at the container for the wiper fluid.
before you replace the pump measure for 12volts, maybe a connecter fell off, or a fuse blew.

same thing happened to me, had to replace the pump it self.
head to a junk yard and grab one.
ganna have to remove the bumper of course to get to it.

you have two small motors(pumps) on the bottom of the washer bottle
they pop out, they're kinda molded in the tank
and just to let you know, you can use the pump from the EK civics too, and probly the integra ones too

today is not that cold i guess i'll check fuses after work. Then if I can find the pump check for 12v . it must be attatched to the tank or the line from it somewhere

Since we're on the topic of these washer parts how do I get the washers to spray properly and not over my car when I try to wet my windshield?
