Will life suck if I leave my iacv unplugged?
Yep, that's basically the question at hand. It doesn't work and I can't find a replacement immediately, but if I unplug it the car idles fine, just throws a cel.
So what'll happen with it gone? I think it's not a sensor, so no input would change, just no output, right?

When you first start up your car it will likely surge really badly. I ran that way for a while, no coolant to the throttle body, but i got sick of the idle surge that would be there until my car heat soaked. I had no other issues though.

i should say i ran mine with no a/c but i had the sensor still hooked up. So i don't konw if leaving it unplugged will put it into any type of safe mode or anything like that.
