will it help
I have a 93 civic hatchback si and was wondering if there was any reason to put in fuel rail, fuel injectors, fuel pump,fuel pressure ragulator,and etc. Will it help me get more power? or will it just be a waste of money and gas?

they will only give you power if your engine is modified and requires larger amounts of fuel to enter your combustion chamber. if your stock then yes it would be a waste of money.
