it may fit the exhaust tunnel, but i don't think it'll bolt in place of the original exhaust.
keep looking, there are plenty of deals on the right parts out there
BTW- 94-01 Integra fitment axle-backs bolt up, although the tip will be a few inches short. (i've been running one on my '96 coupe for a few years now without incident.)
