no, they do not bolt right into the 92-95 Civic. you will have to swap the rail assembly from the 92-95 Civic seats.

this is right they wont bolt in and you will have to drill/modify one to fit. I have delsols in my eg now

You don't need to drill anything at all. You simply remove the rails/mounts from the Del Sol seats, and replace them with the rails/mounts from the Civic seats. No cutting or drilling required. A very simple upgrade.
