you'll be fine with the oem lugs and the si rims with out any clearance problems.. all oem wheel offset on the 92-00 civics is +45

put them on and enjoy..and lock this thread aswell.

I have the same setup. The EX lugs are a little taller and will stick out a little and not be flush with the si wheels. Honda sells OEM lugs for the 99-00 Si that are lower and look better with the alloys. They're like $4 a pop though so Im just sticking with the 98 lugs for now. If memory serves me correctly the 2002 or 2003 Civic EX has the same alloys as the 99-00 Si. They just have different center caps. So if you're a cheap bastard I guess you could find that car and steal the lugs off it at night or something and put your old lugs on. the soccer mom who owns it probably won't even notice. Haha.

HX wheels are +50 offset, but those are a fluke among honda wheels

The only question is if the offset and OD would cause any clearance issues. I would do a search.....fyi, it's really hard to find people who know about rim and lugs for some reason. I had a horrible time figuring it out for a set of winter tires.</TD></TR></TABLE>

You mean like what kind of tires to get??

I buy kelly deep-lug for the drive wheels, and put the best traction ones on the other side, then junk the other 2 if they're not good enough for another season, those tires are the only thing I can actually keep my mind set on, they can hydroplane easy because of the channels, but ****, they're best in snow I've ever seen, as for summer wheels, makes no diff to me, but I'll tell you one thing, whether it be summer, spring, fall, or winter, all seasons SUCK

EDIT:
Put all seasons on the front of my probe, got stuck in places if I had deep lugs woulda popped right out, slid all over the road, my mom had 'em on her trailblazer, that thing was fishtailing to easy when I drove it, and it shouldn't have been, pathetic, All seasons blow *** hardcore

As for the lugnuts, they should fit, by all tenths and purposes, they should work

"I had a horrible time figuring it out for a set of winter tires."

That's what he said, kinda set me off on a tangent about tires...
