I dunno,
The fenders and bumper are different, so u would think the hoos is too. call a honda dealer, ask for parts department, and ask them

I don't think it wold because when I had to buy a hood for my civic sedan I had to specify if it was 4 door or 2 door. But check Honda dealer to verify.
