Body shops have what amounts to a giant can opener for door skins. So raid your mom's cutlery drawer in the kitchen...
Or, I would say "ax".

hes right, body shops have a door skin remover tool, it is like a can opener thing that gets wedged under the window rolling thing, it just pops out one clip and the handle comes off. after you do the the rest of the door skin should come off by just taking the rest of the clips off
