no, it wont, the catback isnt long enough for the 96-00 rear end.... im not sure on the b pipe though

92-00 catback exhuasts are the same- 2 door to 2 door, 4 door to 4door

yup, i used a WS1 cat-back from an EK 4-door before. fit perfectly onto my '93 coupe.

if you're curious, you can check out any exhaust manufacturer and compare the part numbers for the different cars and see if they're the same or not.
