Will '03 15x6 Si rims fit ok on my 92 Hatch?
I am pretty sure that the bolt pattern is right, but will the back spacing be ok?
They are 15x6 also, I think.

yes. They will fit. i belive that 7 or 7 1/2 is the widest you can go with out having to offset the rim
