Wierd metal grinding sounds

Wierd metal grinding sounds
When driving and the rpm gets to about 3k in any gear, i get like a wierd grinding/metal sounds coming from the passenger side of the engine bay. Doesnt make the sound in neutral though. Any idea on what this may be ? I drive a 98 civic coupe.

Bring it to a place like farm and fleet or pepboys, typically they do a free inspection.
Diagnosing 'sounds' over the internet is next to impossible...
