Icon6 Wide Band O2 Sensor Replacement

I want to use a Wide Band O2 Sensor for my car that is from a air fuel meter kit. http://www.summitracing.com/parts/INN-3737/ its a 5 wire and 5volts. i know what wires goto what. is there any reason why i shouldn't do this??

I know the obvious reasons it might be a bad idea. I'm a smart guy and I'm looking for a intelligent reason why i shouldn't. Maybe the hardware is different.
