Ok so long story short, my plug wires are stuck and not removing themselves from my head on my 99 LX. Ive tried yanking them off as hard as i could and to no avail. I already have a new set I am going to put on but how the f will they come off. The only reason I am taking them off was that i was idling really rough the other day, enough to the point i got a CEL ( misfire cylinder 3). So I am checking everything starting with the plugs and the plug wires. Side note, plug wires might be cooked on their due to one night i overheated pretty bad due to a split in my radiator.

You answered your own question. And if you overheated that badly your engine is probably toast.

You could always try punching them with your face

Cut off what you can Try and twit the rest of it off. Get creative.

If they are cooked then there is no sense saving them.. get brutal with them and pry them jokers off.

Cut/twist them off.

Vice grips, and twist away.

Unplug them from the dizzy side, so you can twist them freely. Start rotating to loosen them up. While you're doing that, get a plug wire removal tool ($5) and start tugging with it. You could also try creating a fulcrum under the plug wire puller with another random tool.
