Default Why does my driver side headlight fuse keep blowing?

I have been having this problem for a while. It is not the wiring. 100% sure. It is not grounded. I use a 10 A fuse for it. I drive a 92 civic eg hatchback. The passenger side doesn't blow out. It's just the fuse on the driver side. Please help me!

Yes, it is a wiring problem. It's blowing out because it's not grounded. There should be a small ground wire screwed into the frame, right above the headlight.
