Default why do a mini me??

ok if u didnt spend ur money on a mini me you could get so much more. ok its alot more reliable to boost a regular 1.5 then a mini because when u go to mini thats more comprechion and what like 20 hp to the flywheel? when u can go get a homemadfe turbo setup and be alot more happy and not wast anoher like 500 on the mini so someone tell me why the swap is so sought after?

One of my buddies had a turbo mini me, was pretty impressive for what it was. But two cams are always better than one

I don't trust a $500 home made turbo, but that's just me. That's just like saying, why go b-series when you can turbo the d series and make more whp It's all up to the builders preference.

When a turbo single cam can beat a n/a dual cam is it still better?

DOHC motors are nice, but parts are way more expensive. thats the main reason why i am sticking with D for now until i save up enough for a K24a2 swap

Just turbo the non-VTEC and be done with it.
