When i first start my eg I hear a whinning noise , and its pretty loud and seems like its coming from under the mid-dashboard. I really don't know what this noise is , because it usually only last for about a second then goes away, each time I start the car. It does make this noise when I go over large bumps, too. The eg has ABS so i was thinking it was the ABS controler but i already took out the fuses and then reinstalled them and took out backup fuse and reinstalled that fuse as well. So if anyone knows what this sound may be , please fill me in, its so goddamn annoying!

I think it might be your brakes, man. I had that same problem before and it made me not wanna drive the damn car. I checked everything and when I took off my wheel I heard a screech from the rotor. Changed them and problem solved.
