Where does this line go?
Noticed this after filling up my power steering yesterday. I can't figure out what it comes from or where it's suppose to go but the previous owner capped it off all ghetto like. After I put new ps fluid in it seemed to be leaking from there.. Also my ps is easier turning right than left, could this be a line that's suppose to go to the drivers side?

sorry dude but i have no idea what I'm looking at. pic is too blurry... can you take another?
it could be a power steering cooler, but i didn't know any hondas came with those stock.
